Twenty top editors and online news leaders from ten different metro newspapers across the country attended this workshop, along with a host of experts to guide the workshop discussions. The goal of the workshop was to give the editors both innovative and practical ideas for changing the culture and the operational focus of their newsrooms to embrace change in the new media landscape.

Year of the Pay Wall? Hardly. 2010 may be the Year of Participation the online pay wall in the mainstream will be popular all over the world. Because of economy risk, many people are busy to earn mony to feed their Calling for the best and the brightest leaders in the emerging news ecosystem Well I can’t say I’m leading transformational change…sadly I find myself mostly in the role of spectator, but I do appreciate the mission here.
