Norris is also founder of Unbossed.com, a national public policy blog that features original and investigative reporting. Prior, she served as a political columnist for the Rocky Mountain Chronicle. Norris won three 1st place honors at the Society for Professional Journalists Colorado Chapter's 2008 Mark of Excellence Awards for online feature story, general Web site excellence and online interactive. She also won 2nd place for online feature story and honorable mentions for blogging and Web design. Norris holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of South Florida.
