Knight Digital Media Center experts are available for consulting partnerships to help news and nonprofit organizations adapt to the digital information landscape.

The center offers fee-based customized training and consultation to organizations seeking to engage their communities. The center specializes in facilitation and training that enables organizational culture change and digital transformation.

Each consultation is tailored to needs and size of the organization, with the aim of raising digital literacy and/or facilitating strategic development and implementation. Training formats include in-person and online classes as well as coaching.

Options include:

  • Half-day or one-day training addressing a specific topic or issue, with follow up coaching through implementation of the solution.
  • Multi-day “boot camps” for organizational teams that guide strategic development and implementation, also with follow up coaching.
  • Virtual learning programs that include webinars, online interaction and coaching
  • One-on-one leadership coaching to guide organizational change in response to the digital environment.
